$15.00 1st Class Shipping for Custom Made Items shipped in the contiguous USA
FedEx 2nd day shipping starts at $75.00 for the contiguous USA.

Refund Policy

Russell's Jewelers Return Policy.

We offer a 15-day full refund for store stock item purchases from the day item was delivered provided the item has not been altered in any way either by us at your request or by you and is in the same condition as we shipped it.

There is no cancellation for custom made items requested by the customer.
